A medical information processing apparatus 200 includes an acquisition unit, a noise processing unit, and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires the data generated based on the reception result of the RF coil and the g-factor map. The noise processing unit performs denoising processing on the data. The determining unit determines the strength of the denoising process based on the g-factor map.
