PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new device for treatment of disability of a bone.SOLUTION: There is provided a surgical device. The surgical device contains a body part extended along a longitudinal axis. A first member is rotatably arranged in the body part and contains a first screw surface. A second member is arranged in the body part, and contains a second screw surface engaged with the first screw surface. The second member cannot rotate with respect to the body part. A third member is arranged in the first member. An inflatable bone tamping comprises an outside shaft connected to the body part, a balloon connected to the outside shaft, and an inside shaft connected to the third member and the balloon. The first member can rotate with respect to the body part so as to make the third member translate along the longitudinal axis, and change a length of the balloon from a first length to a second length.
