PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode device capable of reducing vibration noise due to friction static electricity even in a vibration environment such as a vehicle interior.SOLUTION: An electrode device 1 includes an electrocardiogram electrode 3 which measures a bioelectric signal, a side wall 5 of an insulator which is formed on the upper surface of the electrocardiogram electrode 3 so as to surround the peripheral edge of the electrocardiogram electrode 3, and a conductive driven shield 7 which covers the upper surface of the side wall 5. When a body to be detected is brought into contact with the driven shield 7, a gap is formed between the body to be detected and the electrocardiogram electrode 3.
