Disclosed is a method for measuring a pulse wave velocity of a wearable device. The method for measuring a pulse wave velocity comprises: a step of using one or more bio-impedance electrodes arranged on a first surface coming in contact with a first body portion of a user when wearing a wearable device to collect bio-impedance signals of the user； a step of using a second body portion contact of the user for a first electrocardiogram (ECG) electrode arranged on the first surface and a second electrocardiogram electrode arranged on a second surface exposed to the outside when wearing the wearable device to collect electrocardiogram signals of the user； and a step of calculating a pulse wave velocity for the user based on the bio-impedance signals and the electrocardiogram signals.웨어러블 디바이스의 맥파 속도 측정 방법이 개시된다. 맥파 속도 측정 방법은, 웨어러블 디바이스 착용시 사용자의 제1 신체부위와 접촉되는 제1 면에 배치된, 하나 이상의 생체 임피던스(Bio-Impedance) 전극을 이용하여 사용자의 생체 임피던스 신호를 수집하는 단계, 제1 면에 함께 배치된 제1 심전도 전극과, 웨어러블 디바이스 착용시 외부에 노출되는 제2 면에 배치된 제2 심전도 전극에 대한 사용자의 제2 신체부위 접촉을 이용하여, 사용자의 심전도(ECG, electrocardiogram) 신호를 수집하는 단계 및 생체 임피던스 신호 및 심전도 신호에 기초하여, 사용자에 대한 맥파 속도를 산출하는 단계를 포함한다.
