PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care device for operating a treatment element complicatedly and in a wide range and giving a stimulation like massage by human hands.SOLUTION: The scalp care device is constituted so that the treatment element 20 having four projections 22 is arranged to be deviated in a diameter direction from the rotational center of a rotator 15, so as to go round a first rotating axis 15a with respect to the rotator 15 to be rotated based on the driving of a motor 12.
