PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp brush which is capable of satisfying both a massage effect of a scalp and a cleansing effect of inside of pores simultaneously.SOLUTION: The brush is provided with a bristle bundle 3 which has a plurality of bundles of bristles 31 in which at least one end side has a taper shape and the front end part has a diameter smaller than the pores of a scalp conical projections 5 which are comprised of an elastic material and whose front end part 5a is chamfered and a base 2 which has a brush face 21 having a plurality of implanting holes 22 on which the bristle bundles 3 are implanted and a plurality of projection installing holes 23 in which the conical projections 5 are installed. In each implanting hole 22, the bristle bundles 3 are implanted in such a density that the inside of the implanting holes 22 is not observed from the outside, and the conical projections 5 are installed on each of the projection installing holes 23. On the brush face 21, the bristle bundles 3 are arranged at the outer circumferential part 21b along the circumferential rim 21a of the brush face 21.
