SOLUTION: The fruit sorting facility includes: a pesticide residue detector (2) for detecting the pesticide residue of the fruit in a receiving container (k) during the conveyance of a receiving conveyer (1) a reader (4) for reading the recording medium of consignment (A) information of the fruit attached to the receiving container (k) and a receiving container eliminator (5) for eliminating the receiving container (k) being conveyed by the receiving conveyer (1) from the receiving conveyer (1). When the pesticide residue detector (2) detects the prescribed value or more of the pesticide residue from the fruit inside the receiving container (k), control is executed so as to eliminate the receiving container (k) for the consignment (A) from the receiving conveyer (1) by the operation of the receiving container eliminator (5).
