PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual line detection device designed to be able to accurately detect the center of a pupil image and the center of a corneal reflection light and detect a visual line with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A first image-capture condition for accurately acquiring a face image is temporarily determined in a face detection step, and a second image-capture condition, a third image-capture condition, and a fourth image-capture condition in order to be able to accurately acquire a pupil image are temporarily determined in a pupil detection step. A fifth image-capture condition for accurately detecting corneal reflection light is temporarily determined in a corneal reflection light detection step.
