A three-axis positioning device of ophthalmic inspection instrument and a method thereof are disclosed, including an illumination optical path for projecting light to illuminate the fundus of a subject under inspection an imaging optical path comprising an object lens for receiving the fundus image and the reflected light of cornea and eye lens and also comprising a pure software alignment module to determine the intensity and position of the reflected light, so as to obtain the relative position of pupil and the objective lens to generate auxiliary positioning information and a display device for displaying the fundus image, the reflected light of cornea and eye lens and the auxiliary positioning information for alignment adjustment. The method comprises the following steps: using the intensity and position of the reflected light of cornea and eye lens to measure the relative position between the pupil and the X, Y, Z axis of the instrument an inspector adjusting the relative position between the pupil and the instrument until offset in the three axes reaches within the range of tolerance error, thereby obtaining a clear fundus image. The present invention can reduce, through the aforementioned apparatus and method, the related costs of design, fabrication, end product of the overall ophthalmic testing instrument design.一種眼科檢測儀器的三軸定位裝置與方法,包含一照明光路,以投射光線照亮受測者眼底;一成像光路,具有接物鏡以接收眼底影像及眼角膜和水晶體之反射光,另設有一純軟體的對位模組來來判斷反射光的強度與位置,取得瞳孔與接物鏡相對位置來產生輔助定位資訊;及一顯像裝置,顯示眼底影像、眼角膜和水晶體之反射光及輔助資訊供對齊調整。藉由眼角膜和水晶體之反射光的強度與位置,測得瞳孔與儀器的X、Y、Z軸相對位置;由檢測者調整瞳孔與儀器之間的相對位置,直到三軸的偏移量達到容許誤差範圍內,即可取得清晰的眼底影向,本發明透過前述裝置與方法可減少整體眼科檢測儀器的設計、製造、成品等相關成本。
