PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which can perform preferably, inspection according to a state of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: optical systems 2, 100 comprising an inspection optical system; a drive part 2A for moving the inspection optical system; an analysis part 231 for acquiring a three-dimensional position and pupil information of an eye to be examined; and a control part 210 for performing alignment processing for controlling the drive part and moving the inspection optical system based on the three-dimensional position, and optical system control processing for controlling the optical systems based on the pupil information. The optical systems comprise: a first illumination optical system which contains an observation light source for outputting a continuous light, which is arranged coaxially to the inspection optical system and which radiates the continuous light to the eye to be examined; and a first imaging optical system which is arranged coaxially to the inspection optical system and imaging the eye to be examined to which the continuous light is radiated, as a moving image. The analysis part acquires a pupil size as the pupil information.
