A needle retractable-type safe self-destructing syringe comprising a barrel body (1). An inner needle base body (3) is arranged within a barrel neck (2) at an end part of the barrel body (1). The barrel neck (2) and the inner needle base body (3) form therebetween a flexible cushioning stopper mechanism (4). An asymmetric retracting-locking piece (10) having a flexibility feature is arranged at an end part of a syringe plunger (8). The asymmetric retracting-locking piece (10) is a plastic barb body and is formed with the plunger (8) in a single mold-forming. The flexibility feature implements engagement with and locking onto an outer sleeve-type retracting-locking component (5) connected to the lower part of the needle base body (3). In a stress environment of an asymmetric force, the needle base body (3) deflects to a side after being retracted into the barrel body, while an injection needle therefore swings in the direction of a nearly 45 degree angle towards a side of the inner wall of the barrel body (1) and is locked by the barrel neck (2). This prevents the injection needle and the needle base body (3) from being pushed out of the barrel neck (2) again, thus effectively preventing secondary injury and implementing safe self-destruction of the syringe.La présente invention concerne une seringue à autodestruction sûre dotée dune aiguille de type rétractable comprenant un corps de cylindre (1). Le col de cylindre (2) et le corps de base daiguille intérieur (3) forment un mécanisme darrêt (4) de rembourrage souple. Une pièce de verrouillage-rétraction (10) asymétrique ayant une caractéristique de souplesse est agencée au niveau dune partie dextrémité dun piston de seringue (8). La pièce de verrouillage-rétraction asymétrique (10) est un corps rainuré en plastique et est formé avec le piston (8) dans une seule formatio
