The pores 3 have a size of from sub-nm order to sub-&mum order, and communication holes 4 having a size of from sub-&mum order to sub-mm order are formed among the fillers 1. The communication holes 4 take in water and nutrients from outside, and the pores 3 are dispersively arranged around the communication holes 4 so that the pores 3 can receive the nutrients from the communication holes 4.
