The lesson may be a behavioral lesson or a teaching lesson, such as where knowledge or skill is being imparted to the user. In one aspect, the inventions include a sensor apparatus, the sensor apparatus generating an output indicative of a user's actions. Memory is provided for storing an individual user profile including at least a plan and a display. A processor and associated storage comprising a computing platform to generate user feedback.
