The present invention discloses a lamp with composite spectrum and a light system with the same, suitable to be installed on a fishing boat for increasing the effects of attracting fish and gathering fish. The present lamp with composite spectrum includes a red light emitting component set capable of emitting red light and an infrared light emitting component set capable of emitting infrared light. By this way, the present invention can use the red light emitted from the red light emitting component set to irradiate the sea at different depths so as to attract fish and gather fish, and also can use the infrared light emitted from the infrared light emitting component set to irradiate sea surface so as to result in a feeding illusion and increase temperature, thereby achieving a better fish-catching effect.本創作係揭露一種具複合式光譜之燈具及照明系統，其係能夠適用於設置在漁船上以增加誘魚與集魚的功效；本創作之具複合式光譜之燈具係包含有能夠放射一紅光之一紅光發光元件組及能夠放射一紅外光線之一紅外光線發光元件組；藉此，本創作透過紅光發光元件組可將紅光照射到不同深度之海域以吸引魚群並聚集魚群，同時，還可利用紅外光線發光元件組將紅外光線照射於海面造成攝食假象與產生溫度，藉以達到更佳之誘魚捕捉效果。
