PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output image from being dark in a special light image observation such as a narrow band light observation.SOLUTION: An endoscope system includes an endoscope 10, a processor 11 and a monitor 12. The processor 11 has a lamp 21. A subject is irradiated with normal light which is emitted from the lamp 21 and comes out of the tip part 10A of the endoscope 10 via a filter 27. The filter 27 transmits a part of a wavelength band of the normal light so as to generate special light and irradiate the subject with the special light. When the subject is irradiated with the special light, a lamp control unit 22 controls the amount of light emitted by the lamp 21 to be relatively greater in an odd-number field and relatively smaller in an even-number field. Special light image data acquired in the odd-number field is continuously output to the monitor 12 as odd and even number field special light image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】狭帯域光観察等の特殊光画像観察において、出力画像が暗くなることを防止する。【解決手段】内視鏡システムは、内視鏡10と、プロセッサ11と、モニタ12を備える。プロセッサ11はランプ21を有し、ランプ21から放射した通常光は、フィルタ27を介して、内視鏡10の先端部10Aから被写体に照射される。フィルタ27は、通常光の波長帯域の一部を透過させることにより特殊光を生成し、被写体を特殊光によって照射させる。特殊光により被写体が照射されるとき、ランプ21の出射光量は、ランプ制御部22によって、奇数フィールドで相対的に大きくなるとともに、偶数フィールドで相対的に小さくなるように制御される。奇数フィールドで得られた特殊光画像データは、奇数・偶数フィールドの特殊光画像として連続してモニタ12に出力する。【選択図】図1
