The disclosure relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein, the crossing dashed line illustrates the bond formed joining R1 to the molecule of formula (I) R is R5C(O) R2 is H and R3 is OH R4 is H and R5 is CH3-(CH2)7-CH = CH -(CH2)7-, or a pharmaceutical salt thereof. These compounds are suitable for treating a neoplastic condition such as a cancerous disease selected from leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, solid tumour or a hematological cancer or malignancy, wherein the solid tumour may be a cancer of a tissue selected from the group consisting of breast, ovary, prostate, brain, bladder, and lung. These compounds are also suitable for treating an inflammatory condition selected from inflammatory state of the lung, connective tissue, gastro-intestinal tract, or vasculature.
