The present invention relates to a fabric sterilizing apparatus, capable of, when a fabric is loaded in the sterilizing apparatus, automatically irradiating ultraviolet rays onto both front and rear surfaces of the fabric to sterilize the fabric and shaking off dust, such as dust mites, from the fabric. The fabric sterilizing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a pair of clotheshorse rods (21, 22), which are installed in a closed space to fix both ends of a fabric, and disposed in parallel with each other at a predetermined distance back and forth and a pair of UVLED modules (30), which are provided at front and rear portions of the pair of clotheshorse rods, respectively, and irradiate ultraviolet rays to the fabric fixed by the clotheshorse rods.
