The present invention relates to a reaming device for medical applications, which includes: a reaming rod, wherein one end is a reaming end, and the other end is a combination end a spinning tool whose one end has a combination hole to free and fixedly joint the combination end of reaming rod and a guide tube which is a hollow tube used to reach the desired reaming position, whereby the reaming rod can be inserted into the guide tube to reach the desired reaming position along the guide tube. This invention is characterized in that a curved elastic part is installed at the reaming rod near the reaming end. The elastic part can be deformed under the force to alter its original curvature so that the reaming rod can be housed in the guide tube. While going out of the guide tube, the elastic part of reaming rod restore to its original curvature. As a result, the reaming end of reaming rod has a wider reaming range. The spinning tool is used to combine the combination end of reaming rod so that the reaming rod can do a forward/backward rotation in animals hard tissues. Whereby, the spinning tool can make the reaming end of reaming rod have the reaming function.
