PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress collapse of a diffusion groove which extends in a cross direction and which is formed on an absorber.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that: both of front and rear sides of an exterior body 20 comprise one or plural slender leg periphery elastic members 26, 27 which extend from one side seal part 21 to a width direction center along an edge 29 of a leg opening, traverse the width direction WD center to the other leg opening, and reach the other side seal part 21 along an edge 29 of the other leg opening.
