The present invention addresses the problem of preventing a deterioration in fit in a part including a crossing position of front leg-surrounding resilient members and rear leg-surrounding resilient members, while the front leg-surrounding resilient members and the rear leg-surrounding resilient members cross one another and are effectively continuous along a leg opening.
