The present invention relates to devices for making a protected incision of a given length in a Ti tissue such as the wall of an organ of the human body. The device according to the invention is essentially characterized by the fact that it comprises a blade 20 in a right-angled triangle, a handle 21 with an axis 22, means for securing an end 23 of the handle with an edge of the blade so that one side of the right angle is parallel to the axis 22, a support 24, means for mounting the support 24 in cooperation with the handle 21 so that it surrounds the blade 20 and that it is located in a plane 25 perpendicular to the axis 22, a washer 30 having a calibrated orifice 31 whose diameter has a value at most equal to the length of the side of the right angle fixed to the handle 21, and means for securing the washer 30 with the support 24 and disengage it from the latter, so that the free end of the blade emerges from the orifice on the face of the washer which is opposite to that which is turned towards the handle, and that the washer is adapted to be disengaged from the support under the action of a leaflet force determined ion.
