PURPOSE: A vector system is provided to be used as a composition for abnormally proliferating cell-targeting gene delivery and a composition for preventing or treating diseases causing the abnormally proliferating cells by transfection of a cell line.CONSTITUTION: A pseudotyped replicable retrovirus vector system for treating abnormally proliferating cells is prepared by inserting an abnormally proliferating cell therapeutic gene. The vector system comprises: a first recombinant expression vector containing murine leukemia virus (MuLV)-Gag gene and MuLV-Pol gene and a second recombinant expression vector containing gibbon ape leukemia virus (GaLV) gene. The abnormally proliferating therapeutic gene is inserted into the first and second recombinant expression vectors. The second recombinant expression vector contains a vector.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 MuLV-Gag 유전자, MuLV-Pol 유전자 및 GaLV-Env 유전자를 두 개의 벡터에 나누어서 발현시킨 벡터시스템은 양쪽 모두에 치료 유전자를 넣을 수 있기 때문에 삽입 유전자의 크기에 제한받지 않고 다양한 치료용 외래 유전자를 삽입하여 목적하는 이상증식세포조직 부위에 안전하면서도 효과적으로 전달할 수 있으므로, 상기 벡터시스템으로 세포주를 트랜스펙션시켜 생산된 레트로바이러스를 포함하는 비정상적으로 분열하는 이상증식세포 표적성 유전자 전달용 조성물, 이상증식세포 야기 질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 활용가능하다.
