According to the present invention, a lower frame structure for cage culture is molded by an insert injection molding process. Therefore, workability of manufacturing the lower frame structure is increased； the lower frame structure can be prevented from being corroded by sea water. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing the lower frame. The method includes: a first step of forming a frame of the lower frame structure for cage culture to be divided by connecting metal horizontal members with metal vertical members； a second step of molding the frame by the insert injection molding process so as to expose end portions of sides of the vertical members； a third step of connecting the end portions of the vertical members after placing the end portions of the vertical members to contact each other； and a fourth step of performing a finishing process by which connected parts of the end portions are sealed so as to prevent the connected parts of the vertical members from being corroded by seawater.본 발명은 가두리 양식용 하부틀을 인서트사출성형하여 하부틀을 제작하는 작업성을 향상시키고 하부틀이 바닷물에 의해 부식됨을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것으로,본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 가두리 양식용 하부틀 제조방법은,금속재의 가로부재 및 세로부재를 각각 이음연결하여 가두리 양식용 하부틀의 프레임을 분할 형성하는 제1단계；상기 세로부재의 일측 끝단이 노출되게 상기 프레임을 각각 인서트사출성형하는 제2단계；인서트사출성형된 상기 프레임의 세로부재 노출된 끝단을 맞대어 이음연결하는 제3단계；상기 세로부재의 이음부위가 바닷물에 의해 부식되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 이음부위를 감싸 밀봉상태로 마감처리하는 제4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가두리 양식용 하부틀의 제조방법을 제공한다.
