An automatic water-changing cultivation system comprises a cultivation mechanism, a water pump mechanism and a control device. The cultivation mechanism comprises a plurality of cultivation tank units and a first overflow unit mounted on the cultivation tank units. Each cultivation tank unit comprises a cultivation tank body and a buffering tank body capable of allowing an aqueous liquid to flow into the cultivation tank body. The first overflow unit comprises a first overflow bucket, a plurality of first siphons that are respectively communicated and installed between the first overflow bucket and the cultivation tank bodies of the cultivation tank units, and a first overflow tube that is communicatively and pluggingly mounted on the first overflow bucket.
