PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser treatment apparatus for a laser endoscope capable of making a diameter of an endoscope comparatively small while being capable of irradiating a laser beam with uniform intensity in a wide range.SOLUTION: An optical guide element with a rectangular cross section (a square rod lens 15 and a guide tube 2b) is used for guiding a laser beam for treatment irradiated from the tip of an optical fiber to the tip side of a probe. A camera part 11 as imaging means, and a white LED part 12 and an ultraviolet LED part 13 as illumination means are arranged using gaps C1-C4 formed between the optical guide element and an inner peripheral surface of a probe tube in the tip side of the probe tube 2 that serves as a barrel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B【課題】均一強度のレーザー光を広範囲に照射可能でありながら、内視鏡の直径を比較的小さくすることができるレーザー内視鏡用のレーザー治療器を提供する。【解決手段】光ファイバーの先端から放射される治療用レーザー光をプローブの先端側にガイドする矩形断面の光学案内要素（角形ロッドレンズ１５、ガイド筒２ｂ）を使用する。鏡筒となるプローブ筒２の先端側において、光学案内要素とプローブ筒内周面との間に形成された隙間Ｃ１～Ｃ４を利用して、撮像手段としてのカメラ部１１と照明手段としての白色ＬＥＤ部１２及び紫外ＬＥＤ部１３を配設する。【選択図】図２Ｂ
