PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system capable of performing a highly-accurate alcohol test, and facilitating addition and improvement of a function when necessary.SOLUTION: The operation management system comprises: a portable phone 1 capable of data-transmitting/receiving via a mobile communication net MNET and installing an application program developed afterward thereon a test adaptor 2 for executing data-transmission/reception processing with the portable phone and a management computer 4 for receiving data transmitted from the portable phone 1 in connection with breath test data received from the test adaptor 2.
