The aim of the invention is to easily and visually master the physical activity required for target achievement for a user with a body weight reduction purpose. In the invention, an operation processing part (1) compares an accumulated value of the physical activities with a target value of an energy consumption quantity and displays the respective number on a display part (5). Furthermore, in the operation processing part (1), a ratio between the accumulated value of the physical activities and the target value of the energy consumption quantity, namely a target achievement ratio (%), is operated and displayed on the display part (5). Therefore, in the activity meter (A1) according to the embodiment, as the accumulated value of the physical activities is compared with the target value of the energy consumption quantity, and a comparison result is displayed (reported) with the display part (5), the user with the body weight reduction purpose can easily and visually master the physical activity required for target achievement.
