PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the change of a body position even when a toilet seat is attached, and be able to bend at a waist by raising a backrest of a bed.SOLUTION: An attachment toilet seat is provided with: a toilet seat body part 10 having a substantially horizontal dish-shaped defecation receiving part 14 and a substantially vertical groove-shaped urination receiving part 15 a rear cover part 11 having a bottom face gap part 29 at the underside of the toilet seat body part 10, and fitted to the toilet seat body part 10 with a back face gap part 30 behind and a cylinder part 26 which is a defecation suction hole 19 at the rear end part of the toilet seat body part 10. A bendable excretion suction hose 52 is connected to the cylinder part 26.
