The invention relates to a structural design for a needle applicator intended for exerting a physiotherapeutic effect on reflexogenic zones of the human body. The present applicator includes an elastic base of a given spacial configuration having protuberances in which needles are fastened, the points of said needles protruding out of the base, thereby forming a working side of the applicator； and also having transverse apertures of a given configuration in the body of the base, a portion of said apertures being made in gaps between groups of the protuberances.L'invention concerne la conception d'un applicateur à aiguilles pour réflexothérapie destiné à un traitement physiothérapeutique de zones réflexogènes du corps humain.
