The claimed massager includes an elastic base (1) in the form of a three-dimensional solid of revolution, means of fastening the base (1) on a fitting of the massager such that the base (1) is capable of rotating about its own longitudinal axis (4), and metal needles (5) fastened in the base (1), the points (6) of said needles protruding out of the base (1) and forming a working side of the massager.
