A system for treating and delivering water is provided. The system includes a first vessel and an input conduit that supplies water (eg, purified, unrefined, etc.) to the first vessel. The system also has a process delivery system that delivers the mineral composition to the first container. Further, the system uses a controller to selectively deliver the mineral composition to the first container so that the mineral composition mixes and dissolves with the water delivered to the first container. This produces treated water with a programmed profile that can be delivered to a destination (eg, a coffee shop) via a discharge conduit.
