596969 A delivery device for applying two or more drops of a high viscosity surgical adhesive to an anatomical tissue surface is disclosed. The device comprises an actuator with a push rod configured to advance when actuated by a user. A cartridge containing the high viscosity surgical adhesive is received in a housing of the device so that the push rod can advance into the cartridge when actuated. A tip (106) of the device comprises two or more supports (118) and two or more tubular members (124, 126) engaged with the supports which allow the high viscosity surgical adhesive to move from the cartridge to the anatomical tissue surface. The device is arranged so that a single actuation of the actuator will dispense a similarly sized drop of the adhesive from a distal tip of each tubular member (124, 126). The device allows the user to control the spacing of the drops applied to close an incision, a wound, or other opening in bodily tissue.
