To achieve both of promotion of movement of sugar to fruit and securing of an accumulation period in one day.SOLUTION: In cultivation for performing warming and cooling fruit plants, in one day, in a daytime and evening which are time zones in which, movement speed of sugar to fruit 16 is high, fruit 16 are warmed, fruit temperature is increased for promoting accumulation of sugar to fruit 16, and on the other hand, in one day, in night in which, movement speed of sugar to fruit 16 is low, the fruit 16 are cooled, fruit temperature is lowered for suppressing consumption caused by breathing, or, in morning, neither warming nor cooling is performed, for saving energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】一日の中における果実への糖の移動の促進と蓄積期間の確保を両立させる。【解決手段】果実植物類の加温と冷却を行う栽培に際して、一日の中で、果実１６への糖の移動速度が高い時間帯である昼と夕は果実１６を加温し、果実温度を高くして果実１６への糖の蓄積を促進し、逆に、一日の中で、果実１６への糖の移動速度が低い時間帯である夜は果実１６を冷却し、果実温度を低くして呼吸による消耗を抑える。又、朝は加温も冷却もせず、エネルギーを節約する。【選択図】図４
