The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating an atopic dermatitis having anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, and more specifically, to a composition for preventing or treating an atopic dermatitis having anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects which is made by mixing extracts of a sophora root, buckwheat, a dictamnus root, a lynch, codonopsis, a pine resin, houttuynia cordata, a mume fruit, lithospermum erythrorhizon, and jibuja. The present invention provides a composition having a function of preventing or treating an atopic dermatitis having anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects made by mixing the sophora root extract, the buckwheat extract, the dictamnus root extract, the lynch extract, the codonopsis extract, the pine resin extract, the houttuynia cordata extract, the mume fruit extract, the lithospermum erythrorhizon extract, and the jibuja extract. In addition, the composition is made by mixing 80 to 120 parts by weight of the buckwheat extract, 80 to 120 parts by weight of the dictamnus root extract, 110 to 150 parts by weight of the lynch extract, 80 to 120 parts by weight of the codonopsis extract, 80 to 120 parts by weight of the pine resin extract, 110 to 150 parts by weight of the houttuynia cordata extract, 80 to 120 parts by weight of the mume fruit extract, 110 to 150 parts by weight of the lithospermum erythrorhizon extract, and 80 to 120 parts by weight of the jibuja extract, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sophora root extract. Also, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition including the composition having a function of preventing or treating an atopic dermatitis.본 발명은 항산화 및 항염증 효능이 있는 아토피 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 고삼, 교맥, 백선피, 사매, 사삼, 송진, 어성초, 오매, 자초, 지부자의 추출물을 혼합하여 조성한 항산화 및 항염증 효능이 있는 아토피 예방 또는 치료용 기능의 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 고삼 추출물, 교맥 추출물, 백선피 추출물, 사매 추출물, 사삼 추출물, 송진 추출물, 어성초 추출물, 오매 추출물, 자초 추출물, 지부자 추출물을 혼합하여 조성한 항산화 및 항염증 효능이 있는 아토피 예방 또는 치료용 기능이 있는 조성물을 제공한다.또한
