The invention relates to a method for obtaining plant propagules used for sugar cane micropropagation. The micropropagation method according to the invention can be used to obtain propagules of use for the production of synthetic sugar cane seeds on a commercial scale. The synthetic seeds produced by means of the plant propagules obtained according to the present invention can be planted in greenhouses, or in the field under the sun. Moreover, the synthetic seeds produced by means of the propagules according to the present invention can be stored under a controlled temperature for subsequent distribution, and can be dehydrated in order to make handling and direct planting in a greenhouse or in the field under the sun easier. Distribution logistics of these synthetic seeds are facilitated because of the reduction in the volume of transported propagation material. The method for preparing plant propagules according to the present invention shortens the time required for obtaining seedlings for planting, makes it possible to automate and use machines for seedling multiplication and planting operations, and achieves efficient sugar cane propagation on a commercial scale.L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de propagules végétales destinées à la micro-propagation de canne à sucre.
