To provide X-ray equipment allowing an operator to perform the positioning operation by moving a fixed part in the vertical direction relative to a support part such as a stand for upright radiography without being conscious of the attached or detached state of a detector unit of an X-ray detection part without having a complicated mechanism and to flexibly change the radiographic work-flow.
SOLUTION: The X-ray equipment 10 includes the X-ray detection part 20 having the fixed part 22 for detachably fixing the planar detector unit 21, and a fixed part moving mechanism part 30 for positioning the fixed part 22 by moving the fixed part in the vertical direction. The fixed part moving mechanism part 30 includes: a weight W to be balanced with the weight of the planar detector unit and the fixed part a first rotator 31 for balancing and supporting the planar detector unit 21 and fixed part 22 with the weight W and a torque changing part 70 for changing the rotation torque of the weight W around a rotating axis 31B of the first rotator 31 when the planar detector unit 21 fixed to the fixed part 22 is detached from the fixed part.
