PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device that can reduce burdens on a user during cutting.SOLUTION: A cutting device 1 is fixed to a pedestal for use. The cutting device 1 comprises scissors 2 and a fixing member 3. The scissors 2 comprise a first scissor member 21, a second scissor member 22 and a shat member 23 that rotatably connects the first scissor member 21 to the second scissor member 22. The first scissor member 21 has a first blade body part 211 and a first handle part 213 connected to the first blade part 211. The second scissor member 22 has a second blade body part 221 and a second handle part 223 connected to the second blade body part 221.
