PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine removal pad that can absorb urine closely to the capacity allowed to an absorber while preventing the absorber from being broken.SOLUTION: A urine removal pad includes a surface sheet 120, a back sheet 130 and an absorber 140. The absorber 140 includes an upper layer absorber 140a positioned in the skin side and a lower layer absorber 140b positioned in the non-skin side. The upper layer absorber 140a has an upper layer groove part 141a extended in the longitudinal direction in the urination area, and extended to the inside of the upper layer absorber from the surface of the surface sheet side in the thickness direction. The lower layer absorber 140b comprises an absorbent core 144 and a coating sheet 145 for wrapping the absorbent core. The coating sheet coats a surface of the non-skin side of the absorbent core and both surface sides in the width direction, and wraps up the absorbent core so as to cover the surface of the skin side of the absorbent core while both end edges in the width direction of the coating sheet are overlapped in the skin side of the absorbent core. The surface of the skin side of the absorbent core is not bonded with the coating sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸収体が崩れる事態を防止しつつ、吸収体に許容される容量近くまで尿を吸収することが可能な尿取りパッドを提供する。【解決手段】尿取りパッドは表面シート120と裏面シート130と吸収体140とを備える。吸収体140は、肌側に位置する上層吸収体140aと、非肌側に位置する下層吸収体140bと、を備える。上層吸収体140aは、排尿領域に、長手方向に延設され、表面シート側の面から厚さ方向に上層吸収体の内部に延びる上層溝部141aをする。下層吸収体140bは、吸収性コア144と、吸収性コアを包む被覆シート145と、を含む。被覆シートは、吸収性コアの非肌側の面及び幅方向の両側面を覆い、かつ被覆シートの幅方向の両端縁同士が吸収性コアの肌側で重なり合った状態で吸収性コアの肌側の面を覆うように、吸収性コアを包み込んでいる。吸収性コアの肌側の面は被覆シートと非接合である。【選択図】図2
