A method of suturing tissue includes driving a needle from a tool through tissue to form a channel in the tissue inserting the needle into a capsule that is connected to a first length of suture attached to the capsule engaging the needle with a second length of suture that is inserted through the capsule and pulling both the first length of suture and the second length of suture through the channel formed in the tissue.
