The invention relates to a composition comprising difethialone in the form of at least one stereoisomer of configuration of the homo-stereoisomeric difethialone of formula 3- (4'bromobiphenyl-4-yl) -1- ( 4-hydroxythiocoumarin-3-yl) -1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene, the carbons 1 and 3 of the 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene group of said homo-stereoisomer being of the same absolute configuration, said homo- stereoisomers being predominant in the difethialone. The invention also relates to a rodenticide bait and a method for controlling harmful target rodents. L'invention concerne une composition comprenant de la diféthialone sous forme d'au moins un stéréo-isomère de configuration de la diféthialone, dit homo-stéréo-isomère, de formule 3-(4'bromobiphenyl-4-yl)-1-(4-hydroxythiocoumarin-3-yl)-1,2,3,4-tétrahydronaphtalène, les carbones 1 et 3 du groupement 1,2,3,4-tétrahydronaphtalène dudit homo-stéréo-isomère étant de même configuration absolue, ledit homo-stéréo-isomère étant en quantité majoritaire dans la diféthialone. L'invention concerne aussi un appât rodonticide et un procédé de lutte contre des rongeurs cibles nuisibles.
