The present invention relates to a fixing device used in a radiation treatment. Specifically, the present invention, for a head and neck cancer treatment, relates to a fixing device which aligns a location of a patient by using a patient-customized armpit fixing stand, and performs a radiation treatment in a state in which the patient is additionally fixed by using a mouthpiece and a motion prevention fixing unit. The fixing device used in the radiation treatment, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a couch fixing stand for fixing the fixing device to a couch； a pair of armpit contact units which are formed as a structure extending to the patient from the couch fixing stand, and inserted into armpits of the patient to align a location of the patient； an armpit location adjusting unit which corresponds to a distance between the armpits of the patient to be able to adjust a distance of the pair of armpit contact units； a mouthpiece fixing unit which is inserted into the mouth of the patient and fixes the patient； and a lower jaw fixing unit which contacts at least a part of a jaw of the patient and fixes, such that the patient is fixed.본 발명은 방사선 치료에 이용되는 고정 장치에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 두경부암 치료에 있어서, 환자 맞춤형 겨드랑이 고정대를 이용하여 환자의 위치를 정렬하고, 마우스피스와 움직임 방지 고정부를 이용하여 환자를 추가적으로 고정한 상태에서 방사선 치료를 수행할 수 있는 고정 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 양상인 방사선 치료에 이용되는 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 고정장치를 카우치(couch)에 고정하기 위한 카우치 고정대； 상기 카우치 고정대로부터 환자를 향해 뻗어 나가는 구조로 형성되고, 상기 환자의 겨드랑이에 삽입되어 상기 환자의 위치를 정렬하는 한 쌍의 겨드랑이 밀착부； 상기 환자의 겨드랑이 간의 이격거리에 대응하여 상기 한 쌍의 겨드랑이 밀착부의 이격거리를 조정 가능한 겨드랑이 위치 조정부； 상기 환자의 입에 삽입되어 상기 환자를 고정하기 위한 마우스피스 고정부； 및 상기 환자의 하악(jaw) 중 적어도 일부에 접촉되어 고정됨으로써, 상기 환자를 고정하기 위한 아래턱 고정부；를 포함할 수 있다.
