PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detection sensor for diapers and a liquid detection device whose reliability as a sensor is improved because of being provided with a routing wiring that can cover a wide area.SOLUTION: A liquid detection sensor 21 includes a resonance circuit, provided with a capacitor and a coil conductor 29 and a routing wiring 30 for connecting these, which is formed by deposition, on a sheet-like film 22 as a base material, by coating or printing using a conductive ink. There is disposed a wiring destruction layer 26 for cutting off the routing wiring 30 by expansion or dissolution by including water content between the base material and the coil conductor. The liquid detection device is provided with detection radio wave emission means 13 for emitting a detection radio wave, by sweeping its frequency, to the liquid detection sensor 21, and determination means 14 for detecting a change of a transmission-side current in the detection radio wave emission means when there is a match with the resonance frequency of the liquid detection sensor and thereby determining a wet or a dry state of a diaper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】広い面積をカバーすることができる引き回し配線を備えることで、センサとしての信頼性を向上させたおむつ用液体検知センサおよび液体検知装置を提供すること。【解決手段】液体検知センサ21は、シート状フィルム22を基材として、導電性インキを用いて塗布もしくは印刷により成膜することで、コンデンサおよびコイル導体29と、これらを接続する引き回し配線30を備えた共振回路が形成される。前記基材とコイル導体との間に水分を含んで膨張、もしくは溶解することで、引き回し配線30を切断する配線破壊層26が配置される。液体検知装置には、液体検知センサ21に対して、検知電波の周波数をスイープさせて出射する検知電波出射手段13と、液体検知センサの共振周波数に一致した時の検知電波出射手段における送信側電流の変化を検知することで、おむつの濡れもしくは乾燥状態を判別する判別手段14が具備される。【選択図】図5
