The present invention relates to a gas exchange packaging method of rice processed products with intermediate moisture and to a packaged rice processed products with intermediate moisture manufactured by the same, wherein rice processed products such as rice noodles and rick cakes for rice-cake soup or stir-fried rice cake whose moisture contents are 30-60% are put in plastic packaging materials like polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, polyethylene terephthalate or two or more stacked thereof so that nitrogen whose ratio is 90% or more for the total gas volume by using a gas exchange packaging. Therefore, microorganisms growing in the rice processed products with moisture are restricted, thus increasing the storage period.본 발명은 중간수분 쌀가공식품의 가스치환 포장방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 중간수분 쌀가공 포장식품에 관한 것으로 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 나일론, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 이들을 2층 이상으로 적층한 플라스틱 포장재에 수분 함량이 30 내지 60%인 쌀국수, 떡국떡, 떡볶이떡 등의 중간수분 쌀가공식품을 넣고 전체 가스 중 질소가 90 부피% 이상이 되도록 가스치환 포장함으로써 수분함량이 높은 쌀가공식품의 미생물 생육을 억제시켜 저장기간을 향상시킬 수 있다.
