The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition for inhibiting the migration of endotoxin into blood. According to the present invention, a composition for inhibiting the migration of endotoxin into blood is provided, which contains a whey protein. The whey protein can be selected from the group consisting of α-lactalbumin, β-lactoglobulin and lactoferrin. The composition according to the present invention may additionally contain a fermented milk protein.
