An object of this invention is to provide the composition which inhibits the blood transfer of endotoxin. According to the present invention, there is provided a composition for inhibiting blood translocation of endotoxin, comprising a whey protein. The whey protein can be selected from the group consisting of α-lactalbumin, β-lactoglobulin and lactoferrin.
