The present invention relates to a three-sided scanner for photographing teeth. More specifically, the three-sided scanner for photographing teeth is capable of obtaining a three dimensional image of the teeth by scanning, at once, three sides of the inner side, the upper side, and the rear side to overlay a photographed image on prepared basic data when teeth of a patient are photographed in a dental clinic, thereby effectively treating the teeth through a smooth communication between a dentist and the patient. According to the three-sided scanner for photographing teeth of the present invention, a three dimensional image of teeth shape can be made by photographing once teeth while moving entirely the lower jaw and the upper jaw hanging on a handle, thereby quickly obtaining the three dimensional image. Furthermore, the three dimensional image can be made by only one scan and, therefore, the three-sided scanner for photographing teeth can be conveniently used when the dentist treats the patient.
