This creation is a water tanker that dynamically adjusts the depth of the water. It is designed to allow the waterwheel to stimulate the water and the energy of the water to be redistributed to save energy and improve work efficiency. The composition comprises an impeller, at least one impeller group capable of rotating and pumping water and flowing, and a sliding bracket capable of guiding the displacement of the impeller group up and down. When the impeller group runs at high speed at night, the reaction force between the impeller group and the water body forms a lift force due to the increase of the rotational speed, so that the impeller group can automatically lift upwards to reduce the water depth and water body resistance, thereby avoiding unnecessary flow generation effect and saving electricity. When the amount of dissolved oxygen in the daytime is supersaturated, the impeller group is lowered due to the low speed operation, so that the depth of the water inlet is relatively increased.
