PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin which can be produced with low cost, enhance skin moisture performance, improve blood flow, prevent joint aging, and relieve joint pain.SOLUTION: A component (A) and a component (B) with a pH at 25°C of 3.0 or less are included the component (A): glucosamines (using at least any one kind of glucosamine hydrochloride, glucosamine sulfate, and N-acetyl glucosamine) whose compounding amount is 1-20.0% by weight, and the component (B): topical stimulants (using at least any one kind of Capsicum annuum fruit extract, Zingiber officinale root extract, Zingiber officinale root oil, camphor, vanillyl butyl ether, and cantharides tincture) whose compounding amount is 0.001-5% by weight.
