Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montagevorrichtung (10) zur Montage einer Stativvorrichtung (1) unter einer Raumdecke im Operationssaal, umfassend: eine sich in einer Längsrichtung entlang einer Montageachse (D) erstreckende Montageeinrichtung (30) eingerichtet zum Halten eines Verbindungsbauteils (4) der Stativvorrichtung, insbesondere einer Spindel； und einen Deckenflansch (40) eingerichtet zum Montieren der Montageeinrichtung (30) unter der Raumdecke und zum Lagern der Stativvorrichtung an der Raumdecke； wobei der Deckenflansch (40) in unterschiedlichen Montagepositionen entlang der Montageachse (D) relativ zur Montageeinrichtung (30) an der Montageeinrichtung (30) derart montierbar ist, dass die Montagevorrichtung (10) eingerichtet ist, die Stativvorrichtung (1) höhenvariabel in unterschiedlichen insbesondere vordefinierten Höhenpositionen zu halten.
