To provide a medical image diagnostic device which supports a user to select a correct combination of an image data set and an application.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device includes: an execution unit 130 which executes a plurality of imaging protocols included in an inspection； and a display control unit 12 which displays a plurality of image data sets collected with each imaging protocol in a selectable manner after execution of the plurality of imaging protocols, and displays a first screen for extracting and displaying an application of post-processing that is applicable for an individual image data set, and a second screen displayed with the shift from the first screen and for executing the post-processing to the image data set.
